How To Order
Browse our online catalogue, and click the "Add To Basket" button
on any items that you wish to buy; this will place one of
the item into your shopping basket. A second click on the same item
will add another into your basket.
An item on the web site is generally in stock. We aim to remove items
from the web site very quickly after an the last of a line has been
ordered.
If you do not see what you are looking for, contact us to see if we
have the item in stock; not all stock lines are displayed on the
web site. Even if we haven't got it, if you wish we'll determine
how quickly we can obtain it for you.
After you have made your selection, click on "Checkout"
button. Adjust any quantities that need amending then proceed
to enter your payment details.
Our prices are held in GB Pounds, but may be viewed in a number of
other currencies. These are guide prices as we cannot guarantee
the rate at which the currency will be converted.
The guide prices should be pretty close since we convert at a rate
obtained at the time you select a currency.
Shipping And Handling
Shipping charges will be shown when you view your basket.
We ship to 3 zones: the UK, the EU and the Rest of the World.
If you need to change the zone, remember to update the basket so
that the shipping charges are re-calculated. The charge is weight
based, since this is how we are charged by our carrier.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to process your order the same day we receive it.
If all the items you have ordered are in stock we will despatch
them the same working day, if possible, but the next working day at
the latest.
Back Orders
If any of your items are not in stock, we will despatch your order
as soon as we have them back in stock. If the delay is likely to
be more than a few days we will contact you to let you know.
Should you then inform us that you do not wish to proceed with
the order, we wish issue a full refund.
Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please return it
in a saleable condition within 7 days of purchase.
We regret that for hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund or exchange
underwear, hosiery and other intimate items.
Tax Charges
EU VAT is included in the price.
