IMPORTANT. To successfully place an order you must be working on
the English version ofthe pages from www.quiza.co.uk or
www.quiza.eu. The Babel Fish translations are provided by Alta Vista;
they are for guidance only. Once you have the information you require
to enter and complete an order, you should return the Quiza web site
to place your order.
Use the navigation bar over on the left side to select the
type of product you are interested in. The store comprises a number
of departments; the departments consist of a number of categories.
Alternately, if you use our site map or department maps to view
lists of the in-stock items, you can then use your browser's
search/find function to locate possible items of interest.
Click on your choice to go directly to the page on which the item
is to be found. Click its image to show a larger, or alternate view
of the item.
Click the 'Add To Basket' button of any item you wish to place in
your shopping basket.
A summary of the basket contents will appear in the right-hand column.
Click the same button again will add another of the item to your basket.
When you have chosen your items, click the 'View Basket' button.
Here you can amend the quantities of the items in your basket; a
quantity of zero will remove a line completely. To affect your
changes don't forget to click 'Apply Changes'.
Further options exist to empty your basket of all items with one click
and to return to the product pages so you can continue shopping.
In order to determine the delivery charge of the items currently
in your basket, you will need to indicate in which area the delivery
address will be. Possible choices are the UK, Europe excluding the UK,
and the Rest of the World.
Click 'Apply Changes' to have the correct delivery charge calculated
and your total order value revealed.
When you want to pay for your purchase click the Proceed button.
The first part of the checkout procedure is to enter the details of
the person paying the bill. For card transactions you should enter
the registered billing address of the cardholder.
The recipient and delivery address details only need to be entered
if they differ from the billing details.
For a different person at the same address, when purchasing a gift say,
you only need to enter their name and we will assume the address
to be the same.
Having entered the address details you can choose your payment method.
These are: by debit/credit card; cheque; or bank transfer.
To pay by cheque or bank transfer simply select the payment method;
we will show you an order summary; if you're happy with the details
click the Confirm Order button.
On receipt of you order we will confirm the availability of all
products.
If we have a problem we will contact you by email, so please
use an email address that you regularly check for incoming mail.
Please do not arrange your payment until we have agreed any changes.
We reserve the right to wait for payment to clear before despatching
the order. Any order not paid for within 4 bank working days will be
cancelled and any reserved items will be returned to stock.
For debit/credit card orders you will need to enter the card
details and click Next; we will show you an order summary;
if you're happy with the details click the Confirm Order button.
Please be patient while we process the card transaction.
However you choose to pay, you will be sent an acknowledgement
of your order by email. If we have any problems we'll be in touch,
otherwise we will confirm once your order has been despatched.
Until you complete the payment process, you may change your mind
and even abandon the process entirely.
After payment, if you find you've made a mistake or wish to amend
your order please contact us immediately by email or telephone
and we'll try to resolve matters to your satisfaction.
Other methods
Send us an email or call us with your order. Once your cheque
or internet bank transfer has cleared we will despatch the goods.
Call in and see us; a location map can be viewed on-line. We take
cheques and even cash.
